Photographers retain all copyright of their submitted images.
The photographer must not have an exclusive agreement with other agencies.
The photographer agrees that she/he will never promote violence,
discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
The photographer agrees that any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of her/his account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
ARTeUTILe reserves the right to edit and in some cases to delete anything that is not deemed appropriate.
We also reserve the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we don't think is in theme with the work we want to show and/or sell.
It is the photographer’s sole responsibility for any missing release associated with the image. Arteutile Ltd shall not be responsible for any use of names, logos, copyrighted designs, works of art , logos , uniforms or trademarks associated with the image.
ARTeUTILe LTD shall not be liable to the photographer or any third party for the termination of Service or any claims related to the termination of Service.
ARTeUTILe LTD may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. In the event of substantive changes to the terms of this agreement, you will be contacted by e-mail. If any modification is unacceptable to the photographer, her/his only recourse is to terminate this agreement.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
