Please fill in and submit the reservation form that you find in each web page of an individual school. We will send your requirements to the school and we will contact you as soon as we can with the final confirmation.
Once the booking has been confirmed (normally within a few hours) a non -refundable deposit is required within 3 days and the balance will be payable directly to the school. Your booking becomes valid as soon as we receive the deposit. We will then send you the final confirmation with all relevant information about your course, accommodation, arrival, etc.

In the case where you cancel your reservation, the school reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
If a student is forced to cancel due to a visa refusal, generally the school will make a full refund of paid tuition and accommodation fees. Only the registration fee and accommodation placement fees (if there are any) may be non-refundable. In order to refund the payment, the school requires proof of visa refusal.
In case of printing, writing or calculation errors, the school reserves the right to cancel the contract.
The desired type of accommodation will be selected and assigned by the school.
Normally accommodation is booked from Sunday (the day before the start of the course) until the Saturday ( the day after the end of the course).
The student will receive detailed information about the accommodation approximately 2 weeks before the start of the course.
The student can purchase an airport transfer within the enrolment form. This service includes being met at the airport by a school representative and transportation from the airport to the accommodation. Not all schools offer this service.
Disclaimer: Please note that after the course confirmation the student enters a contract directly with the language school. ARTeUTILe acts solely in the capacity as an agent on behalf of the schools arranging the reservation of the course
As an agent, ARTeUTILe shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such schools which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members
We and the schools reserve the right, that in the case of cancellations or modifications because of unforeseen circumstances, to offer the client an alternative course or accommodation and in the case that it will not be possible, all payments made by the client shall be fully reimbursed, excluding any other damages incurred, whether material or moral, to the client.
The descriptions on our website are true and made in good faith. We do not accept any responsibility for possible mistakes or changes made by the school without our knowledge.
We and the school cannot be held responsible for any accident , loss of possessions, illness, personal issues that may result in the curtailment of the course.
Therefore, students are advised to arrange full insurance cover for health, belongings and cancellation of their course.
These terms and conditions are in compliance with UK law.
