Lovely little cottage:50 sq metres, living-dining room, satellite TV, kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, 1 double bedroom (French bed from the year 1700), 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. There is an outdoor area with a pavilion equipped with a table and chairs in front of the holiday home.The interior furnishings are very comfortable in the traditional Tuscan style. The swimming pool is surrounded by terracotta tiles from Pienza. Parking near the house.
In the centre of the residence lies an attractive swimming pool (5,5 x 11,5 m / 120 cm deep, common use). The pool area with panoramic views has been equipped with plenty of dining furniture, deck,chairs, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower/wc. Here you will spend unforgettable hours in peace and tranquillity, maybe tasting a glass of fine wine. In common use there is a utility room with washing machine and wash basin, a pizza oven and a barbecue. There is also a spacious terrace where the owner will serve local Tuscan lunch/dinner, when requested. It is also possible to buy genuine products of this region. Each holiday home has its own allotted outdoor area with dining furniture. The friendly owners live in the main house, they are pleased to be of assistance without disturbing the privacy of their guests.
