Description
The villa is divided into 4 apartments and is situated on a hill that overlooks Castellammare del Golfo. It's surrounded by trees and has stunning panoramic views of the entire Gulf offering the guest a peaceful and private holiday.
You can choose an apartment to suit your needs and costs, these are the following apartments to rent: Bouganvillea, Edera, Melograno.
There is a swimming pool, outdoor showers, garden, barbeque, parking area which are shared between the three apartments. The distance to the city centre is about 1,5 km and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare; it's approximately 35 km from Palermo airport and about 5 km from Scopello village.
The owners live in one of the apartments and are available to assist you at any time.
Composition
Bouganvillea
Entrance to this apartment is by an external staircase up to the second floor. There is an entrance hallway (with a double sofa-bed) which leads into the comfortably furnished and large living room. From this living area the spacious and well-equipped kitchen can be easily accessed. From the terrace adjacent to the kitchen a spectacular panoramic view can be enjoyed whilst dining outdoors.
Bouganvillea has three bedrooms: one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; one with twin beds (which could be transformed in double bed); and the third bedroom is with bunk beds. The last two bedrooms share an enormous bathroom with tub and shower. There is a washing machine and air conditioning available.
Edera
Edera is a ground floor apartment in the south part of the main villa. Overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, the apartment consists of a large open-plan living-room with well -equipped kitchen and provided with TV and air conditioning. There are also two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds. In the bunkbed room there is no window.
The bathroom is with shower. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
Breakfast outdoors can be enjoyed on the lovely verandah with sea view.
Melograno
Melograno is a cosy little cottage situated in the courtyard and covered with wonderful Mediterranean plants.
It consists of an open plan living room (35sq.m.) with queen size sofa-bed, a kitchenette with hob and fridge; there is another small room with a single bed, a small bathroom with shower, and a lovely veranda overlooking the swimming pool and the sea at a distance where you can enjoy lovely outdoor dinners. There is air-conditioning.
