There are two holiday homes situated in a historical 17th century villa with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.The villa is set in vast grounds of 10,000 sq metres, mostly lawns, which is completely enclosed by an old stone wall, ideal for children. To help to make the maximum use of summer living there is a well- maintained lawn, tennis court, a swimming pool (9 x 4.6 m / 120 cm deep) and an outdoor shower. Table, chairs and barbecue are provided for outside dining. This villa offers an opportunity to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday, but it is also an excellent base to explore all parts of Tuscany. Covered parking under a pergola . The owners live in a self-contained apartment on the second floor.Each holiday home has its own independent entrance. 1st floor: separate ground level entrance, small corridor, 1 twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, living room with upholstered furniture, 1 double bed settee, dining room, modern kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, stone sink, 1 bathroom with tub/shower/bidet/WC. Shared washing machine extra charge. The furnishings are rather simple but practical for a holiday home, a childβs bed is available.
