Description
On the top of the characteristic, small village of Valgiano, surrounded by gentle hills covered with olive groves and vineyards, lies this property with a mansion divided in two apartments and a restored “rustico”. From this spot you have stunning views down the hillside over the Lucca plain and enjoys full sun from early morning until late evening. The local farmers have an old knowledge about the privilege of this favourite position and produce excellent wines and first class olive oils. There are also many farms offering tasting and selling their products. The famous art towns of Tuscany and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Versilia are all within an easy reach. But this is also an ideal place for nature-lovers, it is possible to take long walks in the lovely surroundings or to explore the “strada del vino” by bike.
There is an attractive swimming pool (7 x 4 m / 1.20 m deep), to share with the other apartments, and poolside furniture, the perfect setting for a holiday in complete relaxation.
