Description
The historic centre of Lucca and its surroundings are known for their beauty; the mild climate, the local products and the ideal geographical position is very appreciated. Lucca is closed to the beaches of the “Versilia”, in short distance to the art-cities of the Tuscany and the well known mountains of the “Garfagnana”. The house is situated on the hills which are dividing Lucca from the sea. It is a cosy “rustico” – guests may enjoy here in the middle of a wonderful nature a relaxing holiday but without missing the modish life or without renouncing to visit the art-cities. Approx. 700 m away from the holiday home you will find the “Agriturismo Celli”, where wine and olive oil from the area are being sold.
Composition
The house is sorrounded by woodland and olive groves. The outside area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck-chairs, sun-umbrella and a big barbeque made of stones. It will be a pleasure for the guests to dine outside and to try maybe some Tuscan specialities. The swimming pool is set half in the earth (5x10m, deep: 1,30m). Ground floor: Living-room with fire-place, stove, fridge, TV, external room, which is a bathroom composed of: shower, wc/bidet. Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet. Stairs to the 2nd floor: spacious mansard with 2 single beds. The furnishing is comfortable and in Tuscan style. Ceiling with wood beams. Parking near the house.
