It is possible to reach the town centre of Lucca by public transport (the bus stop is 1 km away) or by bike (10 bikes are at the guests disposal) and Firenze, Pisa, Montecatini and Siena are within easy reach by car, by train or by bus.

The rustico (attached to an uninhabited house on one side) consists of: ground floor: dining room with table, kitchen with stove/oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, tv, fireplace, 1 double bed settee, 1 double bedroom with exit on the veranda, 1 bathroom with tub, shower, wc/bidet.
1st floor: two steps, 1 utility bathroom with wc and washbasin, small kitchen area with two-fire stove, small electrical oven, filter coffee machine, fridge with small freezer compartment, 1 double bedroom with 1 single bed settee, 1 bathroom with tub, shower, wc/bidet.
Going up 4 steps there is 1 double bedroom with 1 single bed settee, 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet, small kitchen area with two-fire stove, small electrical oven, filter coffee machine, fridge with small freezer compartment.
2nd floor: living room with 1 double bed settee, table, big fireplace, small kitchen area with two-fire stove, small electrical oven, filter coffee machine, fridge with small freezer compartment, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet.
The furnishings are in country style, with some antique pieces of furniture, beaten iron beds and beamed ceilings.
At the guests disposal there is also an external kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and utility room with washing machine.
