This holiday home is located in one of the most fascinating areas on the hills around Lucca, in the middle of an olive grove and surrounded by numerous vineyards. Thanks to the quietness and tranquillity of the place, this property is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday: you can admire the typical landscape of Lucca comfortably sitting in the garden in front of the house or walking or cycling along the many paths which run through the olive groves as far as Montecarlo – a medieval hamlet popular for the excellent wine. This house is not just relax and nature, but also sightseeing, shopping and seaside: nearby is the town Collodi with the well-known Pinocchio park and the train station is also very close. By train you can easily reach important towns of art such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, the spa resort Montecatini and the popular beaches of the Versilia. Shops and restaurant are about 1 km away from the house.

Independent and very bright house, it consists of: ground floor kitchen with dining table, chairs, fridge/freezer, electric oven, stove, filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, living room with SAT TV, video recorder and DVD Player, armchair, couch, small storeroom with small sink. Staircase to 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms (both can be twin rooms) with curtains that can be used as mosquito-nets, 1 bathroom with small shower/tub, wc, bidet. Beamed ceilings, wooden and stone floors. Air fan. Small garden in front of the house equipped with table, chairs, beach umbrella, deck chairs and barbeque. The whole property extends itself for about 1 hectare and is not fenced. Parking within the property. The house is located next to the owners' house (they live there only occasionally).
