It is a part of a completely restored cottage (attached to another house on one side), it disposes of a small fenced garden at the front (about 30sqm) and of a ground of about 100 sqm at the back. It is perfect for those who love relaxing in the open air, without missing on a day at the beach – not far away and within easy reach – or a visit to some of the most important cities of art in Tuscany.
