Description
Villa located in a residential area nearby the town of Trappeto, which has amenities such as banks, emergency medical care, supermarket and grocery. It is approximately 1 km from the sandy beach,15 minutes drive from Palermo Airport and 30 minutes drive from Palermo centre.
A path bordered by blue jasmine leads to the garden and the swimming pool in front of the house. It is a small but well-stocked garden, with shady areas of pine trees. There is a covered veranda with a barbeque area equipped with hob cooker and wood-fired oven. It is nicely decorated with blue majolica tiles and restored ornaments. There is also a comfortable table for six persons and few steps below there is a wide courtyard equipped with outdoor iron furniture.
Composition
Entrance to the house is through the covered veranda. There is a beautiful kitchenette decorated with antique majolica tiles, and equipped with cooker,electric grill and oven, refrigerator,a dining room with wooden country style furniture, and a small but warm living area with fireplace.
There is a TV available as well as washing machine.
There are three bedrooms: one with queen size bed, another with twin beds and a further room with one single bed and one bathroom with shower.
Each room, in this house is homely and charming, decorated with collectable objects from all over the world, a passion of the owner.
In the back courtyard there is a parking place for 2 cars covered with bamboo.

The price includes: Rental of the accommodation for one week, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels.
