This villa is located at 5 km from Cefalu long the cost toward Palermo in the residencial area of Capo Playa close to the hotel Carlton.

The villa can accommodate up to 14 people, because is position is close to a big hotel, sometimes in the afternoon is possibile to hear some music from the pool.
