Spend your next holiday in Tuscany! This property is a dream destination: the holiday home is located north of Lucca, very close to the old hamlet of Valgiano. Its surrounded by hills with numerous olive trees and vineyards. On these hills the best wine and olive oil of the Lucca area are produced. The holiday home is located along the wine trail, where you can find many wineries, easy to reach both by bike and on foot. The surroundings have a lot to offer for everybody: the Pinocchio Park in Collodi is just a few kilometres away and the golf course and the spa resort Montecatini are not far either. Of course it is worth visiting Tuscanys cities of arts such as Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Siena. On the ground floor below the holiday home there is a tiny place where everyday in the evening you can taste the local specialities cooked by the owner and homemade wine.

Ground floor: kitchen with stove/oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, living/dining room with 1 double settee, satellite TV, dining table, 1 bathroom with wc. 1st floor: 1 twin room, 1 storeroom, 1 bathroom with shower (box), wc/bidet, 1 double bedroom with exit onto a wonderful balcony with view equipped with a small table and chairs. The furnishings are in typical Tuscan style, terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, visible brickwork in some parts of the house. External room with washing machine. Parking next to the house. On the ground floor below the holiday home there is a tiny place where every evening you can try the local specialities cooked by the owner and homemade wine. There is a swimming pool (half set in earth, 9x4 m, 1.40 m deep) and at your disposal there are also deckchairs, beach umbrellas and shower. If you want to have a meal in the open air there is a private covered garden area equipped with table, chairs and barbeque.
