Lo Zingaro is a beautiful 7km stretch of unspoilt beauty alonf the coast with footpaths and small bays and beaches for swimming in the crystal sea waters. The nearest town is Castellammare del Golfo about 5 km away where you can find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and all other amenities.
The position of this villa makes it convenient to visit areas of cultural and archaelogical interest sites such as Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, Segesta, Erice, Selinunte, Marsala and Agrigento.

The living room is furnished simply, with elegant and comfortable furniture. The Kitchen is in the dining area and is well-equipped. There are two bedrooms: one with double queen size bed and another bedroom with twin beds. The bedrooms are well furnished with practical wardrobes. There is one bathroom with shower.
The villa is surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean garden. There is a large,furnished veranda so that guests can eat outdoors and enjoy the lovely view.Outdoor barbeque,Washing machine, TV, Air conditioning in double bedroom only,fridge, oven, microwave,toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer.
