Description
This is a dream property for large gatherings of friends or a few families who are friends. It is exclusivie and has many bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is located amidst a medieval hamlet, on a hill, south of Lucca in direction of Pontedera/Pisa. The property can be rented all year round – each season has its particular charm. An display of camellias takes place in the area during the month of April, in summer you will enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (12 x 6metres, depth: 1.20-2.40m). In autumn you may try the covered Jacuzzi or watch the farmers pick the grapes and olives. There are many woods in the surroundings where you can have wonderful walks and look for chestnuts which are lovely to roast on the fireplace at the house. An international “comics” exhibition takes place in Lucca every year which attracts many visitors. Also the Christmas period is very special in this hamlet because a nativity scene with live “figures” can be admired during Christmas week. The nearby art cities such of Florence, Lucca, Pisa or Siena are within an easy reach. There is a grocery located 200m from the property. The villa has a tavern equipped with tables and chairs where local specialities are served on request (solely for the guests of this villa) – try the delicious Tuscan cuisine and drink the wines without needing to take your car. There is a beautiful terrace with tables, chairs and sun-umbrella on the 2nd floor. The garden is also equipped with a barbeque, deckchairs and sun-umbrellas. The owners put 5 mountain bikes at the guests’ disposal so as to explore the local area.

Nine steps lead up to the front entrance. To the left and right is the entrance to the tavern where pre-ordered dinners can be eaten. Still on the 1st floor: 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 room with a pool/billiard table, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, stairs to the 2nd floor (staircase with frescos) 1 double bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom, exit onto a terrace with table, chairs and table football, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, can be accessed from 2 sides also from the 1 double bedroom.Stairs to the 3rd floor: 1 twin bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet can also be accessed from 1 double bedroom with 1 child’s bed, 1 double bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom (3 steps) tub/shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom. The house has an alarm system. Parking for 3 cars at the house, further parking at the square in the village (200m).
