The small village of Mazzaforno is located 5km from Cefalω, and within easy access of the beaches , there are both rocky and sandy beaches. On the main beach (sandy) there are lidos where you can hire sun beds and umbrellas, and there are also private lidos that belong to hotels. The beaches and the water in Mazzaforno are clean and they are very quiet. Cefalu has one of the most beautiful, accessible beaches in Sicily. This smart family resort and cathedral town is loved for its wide arc of sandy beach, quaint fishing village and fascinating Mediaeval streets. There are plenty of places to stay in Cefalu, as accommodation caters for groups, those on a family holiday and couples seeking a romantic retreat. Cefalu is on the north coast of Sicily overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. From Cefalu, the airports of Palermo and Catania are one hour and two hours drive away respectively. There are many historic buildings in Cefalu. The town is a maze of winding ancient streets and bustling shops and restaurants. On the sun-drenched shoreline you'll find quaint fisherman's cottages and along the harbour are seafood restaurants and trattorias catering for al fresco diners. Cefalu's terracotta-roofed skyline is dominated by the majestic twin towers of a 12th century Norman cathedral - or Duomo - which was built by Roger II who landed here in a storm.

This family holiday villa is located in a nice complex of 24 villas in a pleasant location about 5km from Cefalu. The sandy beach is 300 metres away.
Parking available and quiet location. The swimming pools are open from the 1 July till 30 August .
The villa has a nice and large well maintained garden and has been recently renovated.
Ground floor a large living area, bathroom with shower, kitchen and outside barbecue area and terrace.
Basement floor : 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large living area with sofa double bed laundry.
First floor: one double bedroom and a bathroom with terrace.
