This lovely seaside villa is located in the lovely Scopello area , near the Faraglioni rocks. The property benefits from exclusive access to the sea by way of a short path. It is built on one floor and consists of: a spacious living room, covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin rooms and 1 single room; 1 bathroom with bath tub. The villa is simply yet comfortably furnished. Next to the property is a separate guest house with a double bedroom (to which a single bed can be added) and bathroom with shower.
