This beautiful rustic style villa(80 sq metres) is built on 2 floors. Entrance is by an external staircase that leads to a covered veranda.
From here you enter the living room which features two large windows with a beautiful panoramic view.
The country-style kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.
A small corridor leads to the sleeping area made up of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There ia a bathroom is with shower.
A further double bedroom with private bathroom is situated on the lower floor.
In the higher part of the house is the swimming pool with sea view, which is equipped with sun chairs and umbrella.
The property benefits from a handy outdoor kitchen equipped with BBQ and a wood-burning stove to get the most of being outdoors.
