The villa is situated in the area of Erice Trapani, in the valley overhanging the mountain where the ancient town of Erice is located. The house has a splendid panoramic view over the coast that borders the seaside resort of San Vito Lo Capo , located about 12 Km from the villa.
The villa is about 1km from the town where you can find all the services that you may need, such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, medical centre. It is about 10km from Trapani, the provincial capital, where you can do shopping, and 25Km from Trapani Birgi Airport
Composition
This villa has a several wide verandas and these outdoor spaces provide the guests with many totally private areas. Inside the accommodation is spacious and bright and is accessed through an open-plan living room characterized by large windows that look directly onto the verandas and swimming pool. The living room boasts an elegant fireplace and a wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located . The kitchen is practical and well-equipped.
The villa is structured according to the Sicilian traditions, masonry and elegant colourful majolica. In the kitchen there is a pantry area and glass door leads to the large veranda equipped with an external kitchen and barbeque and wood-burning oven.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one single bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one is double bedroom with the sea, pool and garden view. Another bedroom is twin, a bathroom with tub. The furnishings are elegant and create a warm and homely atmosphere.
