Entrance: living,dining room with SAT-TV, couch, fireplace, a few steps up: kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, dining table, stove, oven, stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (cubicle), wc, bidet, washing machine, stairs to the 2nd floor: 1 triple bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. Well-cared for and characteristic furnishings. Terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings. Parking next to the house. The last piece of the access lane is not cemented, about 300m. The owners will be glad to prepare dinners with local specialities on request.
