This lovely countryside house is located on a hill that overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare, in the quiet area of Fraginesi just 6 km from the ancient Baglio of Scopello and the famous Faraglioni. Castellammare del Golfo is about 5 km away,; it is a small town where you may find all the essential amenities such as supermarket, pharmacy,restaurants, post office etc .It is situated 6km from the Natural Reserve of Lo Zingaro with its restored Tonnara ( Tuna fishery) and turquoise waters. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden with olive trees and various Mediterranean plants.The pposition of the villa makes it convenient for visiting different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, Segesta, Erice, Selinunte, Marsala and Agrigento.
Composition
This lovely cottage is located on a hill that overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare. It is situated in the area of Fraginesi, just 6 km from the ancient Baglio di Scopello and its famous Faraglioni Rocks. Entrance to the house is through a covered veranda where guests can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside which plunges into the blue sea. The property is 70 square metres and consists of: a kitchen-living area, a welcoming and spacious room, one double bedroom and one with twin beds with the possibility of adding a further bed, a bathroom with shower. The villa is comfortably furnished with attention to detail. The swimming pool enhances the accommodation and measures 9 metres X 4.5 metres X1.5 metres (depth) .The area surrounding the pool is equipped with sun loungers, sun shade and an outdoor shower. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ is near the veranda, great for living life outdoors to the full.
