This holiday villa is located in a very special place on the border of the Nature Reserve, Lo Zingaro, an area of extreme beauty and great natural interest where you can find many protected species of fauna and flora. The water is also a marine reserve and is clear and transparent, and provides a delightful contrast with the Mediterranean vegetation .About 2 km from the villa is Scopello (Cetaria), an ancient fishing village. This area is of great value, both for the old tunny fishery and for the majestic cliffs. In the village you can while away the time in the typical restaurants and savor the renowned Sicilian dishes. At a distance at about 6 km there is the charming town of Castellammare del Golfo, which offers guests all the services they need: restaurants, bars, supermarket, banks, post offices etc. ..
Composition
The villa is built in respect of the surrounding area using natural materials such as pottery, terracotta and wood , which create a rustic but in the same way simple and elegant ambiance. The open plan living room has large windows which afford a wonderful panorama of the sea and the bay below. Early mornings the sun rises from the sea and everything is in harmony with nature. There is a double sofa-bed in the living room which can be used.
In the open plan living room there is a well -planned kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one single and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is in the double bedroom only. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with typical Mediterranean plants characteristic of the environment. Guests can dine outside under large covered verandas and enjoy the breathtaking view. In one of the covered verandas is the original outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining table.

The price includes: Rental of the accommodation for one week, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels. Assistance in Sicily. Extra services paid for separately: Baby cot and high chair available on request for a charge. Airport transfer from Palermo and Trapani Airport. Maid for house-maintenance or a cook.
