The villa is located in the Fraginesi area,in the countryside about 7km from Castellammare Del Golfo.This is a small town where you may find all the essential amenities such as supermarket, pharmacy,restaurants, post office etc .It is situated 7km from Scopello and the Natural Reserve of Lo Zingaro with its restored Tonnara ( Tuna fishery) and turquoise waters. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden with olive trees and various Mediterranean plants.The pposition of the villa makes it convenient for visiting different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, Segesta, Erice, Selinunte, Marsala and Agrigento.
Composition
This very elegant and modern villa is located in the area of Scopello and it is set on 2 floors. Entrance to the property goes into a bright spacious living room with open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with shower. The furniture is sober but elegant at the same time. An elegant marble staircase, located in the living room, leads up to the first floor where you can find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and hydro massage shower. A small balcony gives the guests the opportunity to have breakfast surrounded by nature and enjoy a wonderful panorama. Air conditioning is in the living room, in the double bedroom of the ground floor, in the Master bedroom on the first floor . On the ground floor, there is also a covered veranda with swimming pool view. The swimming pool is on a raised level. In a corner of the veranda there is also a well equipped outdoor kitchen. The external spaces allow the guests to have a meal outside in total comfort or just relax by the pool . the pool measures 6 m X 3m. The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden.
