On the sun-drenched shoreline you'll find quaint fisherman's cottages and along the harbour are seafood restaurants and trattorias catering for al fresco diners. Cefalu's terracotta-roofed skyline is dominated by the majestic twin towers of a 12th century Norman cathedral - or Duomo - which was built by Roger II who landed here in a storm.
