A stair (14 steps) leads to the 1st floor where there are a kitchen/living room with stove (2 burners), microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, American coffee machine, a table with chairs, sofa and armchairs. 1 single bedroom with closet and 1 single extra bed. 1 double bedroom with closet and chest of drawers, 1 bathroom with shower and wc. From the single room an exit door leads on a BALCONY with a table and chairs for dining al fresco.
