Description
This is a very beautiful villa that overlooks the sea and has a dominating position over the bay of Cefalů. Cefalů is one of the most well-known and interesting parts in Sicily, and the villa is only 2,5km from the little town. The villa has a lovely balcony with a panoramic view!
It has a peaceful position during the off-seasons, while during the months of July-August the major increase in tourists on the nearby beaches and rocky areas naturally reduces this tranquility. The villa is built on 1500m2 of land and is 10m straight above the sea. The tree lined area that overlooks the sea can be used for outdoor dining.
The villa and the surrounding garden spread over several levels that slope down towards the sea. In the upper part there is an entrance with a parking space for 2 cars. Immediately after that comes the annexe and further below the villa with several terraces that overlook the sea and a short walk through the property will bring you to the sea (cliffs with man-made platform on the sea) and the beautiful beach, that is located on one side of the villa, just a few metres away.
Composition
There are two large living rooms with fireplace and they have access to a terrace (40 m2). There is also a spacious and equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine) with pantry and a small patio. The villa has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, and two bathrooms with shower. There is also a balcony with a panoramic view.

The price includes: Rental of the accommodation for one week, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, bedlinen, towels. assistance in Sicily. Clean towels and extra cleaning every wednesday as well.
