This small rustico is part of a bigger property which comprises 3 holiday homes altogether.This house has been lovingly restored. Each holiday home has its own allotted outdoor area, and a childrens play ground has been provided for the pleasure of the small guests. The swimming pool (half set in earth, diameter 7.47m, depth: 1.33m) is for the three holiday homes. The area is equipped with deckchairs and sun-umbrellas. Entrance into the living / dining room area with kitchen area, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, open fireplace, 1 single bedroom.A wooden staircase leads to the
1st floor: 1 double bedroom (possibility to add an extra bed), bathroom with shower/bidet/WC.
On the ground floor there is a small terrace with 2 deck chairs to enjoy the sea view.
Below the terrace is a utility room with washing machine (to be shared with the guests of the other nearby holiday house).
Just below the house there is an outdoor area with olive trees and cypresses equipped with dining furniture
