Casa Cosimo and Il Metatino are set amidst in the small borgo of Chiatri. Chiatri lies on the hills which are separating Lucca from the sea. From the holiday homes you have wonderful views onto the lake of Massaciuccoli, Viareggio and the sea. The area is ideal for relaxing walks or trips by bicycles in the near nature. The beautiful beaches of the Versilia coast are within an easy reach.
Composition
Access within a terrace. This beautiful and sunny terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, deckchairs and a barbecue made of stone. There is a connecting garden door between the two holiday homes which may be used if friends are sharing the two properties. Entrance: living-dining room with fire-place, couch, 2 armchairs, TV-Sat, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, fire-place, micro-wave, stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom, in the walk-through room of the stairs 1 single bed. The furnishings are rather simple but convenient for a holiday home. Parking for Cosimo at the house.
