Casa Cosimo and Il Metatino are set amidst in the small borgo of Chiatri. Chiatri lies on the hills which are separating Lucca from the sea. From the holiday homes you have wonderful views onto the lake of Massaciuccoli, Viareggio and the sea. The area is ideal for relaxing walks or trips by bicycles in the near nature. The beautiful beaches of the Versilia coast are within an easy reach.
Composition
On the back of the holiday home there is a small outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs. Ground floor: entrance into a kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, stove, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. Within an external stairway access to the 1st floor: 1 room with 1 double bed settee, 1 single bed. The furnishings are partially modern, simple but convenient for a holiday home. Parking in the vicinity.
