This house is situated above the village of Pieve a Elici. Pieve a Elici is famous for its concerts which take place in the church during summer. There is an open-air opera festival which is held during July and August at the lake Massaciuccoli which lies in the vicinity of the holiday house. This stone rustico was lovingly refurbished and converted into a cosy holiday home. The property consists of a well-cared and fenced garden (approx. 1’000 sqm) which has plenty of flours, cactus, pine trees and other trees. There is an outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs and barbeque, sun-umbrella for your dining al fresco. You have breathtaking views from this spot onto the lake of Massaciuccoli and the sea.

Well-cared furnishings in country style. Parking within the grounds. There is a room in the garden with a stove, sink, fridge, table and washing machine. On request there is a baby bed available.
