Spend your next holidays in this charming cottage, which is located in Avane, close to the sea. Enjoy the long white sandy beaches of Migliarino and Vecchiano, there are also free beaches. Mariù lies in a perfect spot – groceries and restaurants can easily be reached on foot. Have a relaxing stroll along the river, in the immediate surroundings or discover the art cities of Pisa and Lucca. Local events take place in the neighbourhood from May till September where you may taste local specialities and where you may mingle with the crowd. Or take the opportunity to help actively at the picking of the asparagus. The holiday home disposes of a well cared part of the garden equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque. Mariù is attached on one side onto an external utility room. The owner lives on the same ground – she is very helpful but will fully respect your privacy.

Entrance on the ground floor: living room with sofa, 2 upholstered chairs, fire-place, dining table, TV, small utility room, 1 double bedroom with direct access to a bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine, kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, exit onto the garden. It is a modern fully fitted kitchen. The apartment is bright and has terracotta tiled floors. On request an additional bed for a third person can be rented Euro 75.00/week. Parking within the grounds.
