From the living room a staircase leads to the ground floor, there is a spacious open room which is subdivided into several areas by arches: living area with armchairs and open fireplace, access to a terrace with garden furniture and to the garden, dining area with a long table, kitchen corner with stove/oven, fridge/deep-freeze compartment, bathroom with shower/bidet/wc.
The interior is well and tastefully furnished, partly with antique pieces.
The property is completely fenced.
