This very nice, small villa has been carefully restored and it is situated in the green countryside around Lucca. The apartment on the ground floor is a holiday home, whereas the owner occasionally lives on the first floor. The house is surrounded by a delightful garden, completely fenced which offers tranquillity and relax. Carignano is an excellent location to visit the beautiful Versilia beaches or to make excursion to all parts of Tuscany.

In front of the house there is a patio area equipped with dining furniture and barbecue. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool (5x9m / 140 cm) which exceptionally is used by the owner.
The furnishing are modern and comfortable, convenient for a holiday house.
Parking within the ground. The owner runs a fitness center in the historic centre – guests may visit for free the centre during their stay.
