This charming old house which was built in the year 1665 lies 7km from Lucca on the spurs of the Apuan mountains and close to the river Serchio. The house is surrounded by pine-tree woods, acacias, oak and silver shining olive trees. The property was restored with great care and converted into a perfect holiday home which is equipped with every kind of comfort. This spot guarantees its guests complete relaxation and privacy and it is at the same time, thanks to its central position, an ideal base to discover various cultural towns and historical routes which this lovely area has to offer.

The house is composed of: ground floor, spacious living-dining room with wicker sofa and chairs, 1 double sofabed, TV, video, radio, big central fire-place, kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, exit onto the garden. Stairs lead to the swimming pool. 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, wooden stairs to the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms one with 1 single sofabed, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, sink. The furnishings are well- cared for and rustic, terracotta tiled floors on the ground floor and wood tiled floors on the 1st floor, beamed ceilings and some wooden walls. This house has a wonderful swimming pool (13x6m, deep: 1.60m) with magnificent views. There is an external shower, a dressing room, deckchairs, tables, chairs, sun-umbrellas and a little private patio at the pool. The patio is equipped with a wooden gazebo, table, chairs and brick-built barbeque enabling you to dine al fresco. Parking close to the property. The house is independent, the owners live nearby. They fully respect your privacy but will be happy help you if you need some assistance.
