The property is situated in the municipality of Bagni di Lucca which is well known and loved for its therapeutic springs these springs are a big attraction for tourists. The house was restored by maintaining its original character this means walls made of stone, beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and furnishings in Tuscan style. The last part of the road about 800 m (which is only conducting to the property) is not asphalted. The whole property is about 10000 sqm with lots of olive trees.
