The villa is situated near the historical town of Lucca. The village of S. Quirico di Moriano is surrounded by gentle, rolling hills covered with silver green olive groves and vineyards. The road leading from Lucca to the beautiful beaches of the Versilia is within a convenient reach. For those who wish to explore the beautiful countryside in an easy-going way there are 3 bikes (belonging to the owner) at disposal of the guests.
The magnificent garden is equipped with all you need for summer living and relaxing. Deck-chairs are provided and there is a gazebo with dining furniture and in front of the house an old wood burning stove. The house has been completely restored with great care.
