It is difficult to imagine that only in a distance of 500m from the town wall of Lucca this green oasis exists, quiet and with full privacy. The famous beaches of the Versilia are only 20 km away. The 3’000 sqm sized garden and the swimming pool with salt water is at the disposal of the 6 apartments. There are tables, chairs, sun-umbrellas, deck-chairs, barbeque, ping-pong table and an outdoor shower. There is also a private parking with an electric gate.
Composition
The apartment lies on the ground floor with a poolside entrance and is composed of: spacious living room divided in various sections with a pool table (is prohibited to use because it is an ancient piece of furniture), dining table, angle with couches and armchairs, angle with a card-table, 1 double bed, TV, small kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. A very bright apartment because of the big windows giving onto the garden. In front of the apartment there is a private outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs.
