The house is situated among smooth hills and covered with olive groves. This holiday home is an ideal choice: you have the advantage to rent a cottage in the country where you may relax in the sun or have a walk and even though the historic centre of Lucca and the art towns of Tuscany such as Pisa, Florence or Siena are within an easy reach. The surroundings of Terra Rossa (4000 sqm), the big terrace equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and deck-chairs, oven/barbeque made of stone are inviting guests to dine in the outdoor and to enjoy the special atmosphere and the nice views onto the plain.

The furnishings are well cared and in rustic style, there is a mixture of modern and antique pieces, some of the walls have visible stones, beamed ceilings. External utility room, parking next to the house.
