Description
This period villa, currently inhabited by the owners, is situated in the hills overlooking the city of Lucca. In the grounds of the Villa there are two farmhouses which have been converted into three apartments, each with its own private entrance. Each apartment has its own outside area with table, chairs and umbrella. In the large garden, between lemon trees and flowers, there are 2 prefabricated swimming pools (6 x 9 m / 5 m diameter – both are 120 cm deep) with deck chairs.

In front of the property there is a small country road leading to the next village.
