This is an elegant villa on the sea side in a vast olive grove. It is located in Capo Playa, at about 6km from Cefalù, and it has a big lovely garden (1200m2), and a very nice terrace.

Ground floor: There is a large living area with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. There is one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. There are two patios and a lovely terrace.
First floor: There are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and two bathrooms (1tub/1shower). There are two terraces at different levels; from the upper one a wonderful sight on Cefalù's gulf. To reach the nearby beach it is a few minutes walk.

The price includes: Rental of the accommodation for one week, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, bedlinen, towels. assistance in Sicily. Clean bedlinen / towels and extra cleaning every wednesday as well.
