This stone rustico is set amidst wine yards and olive groves in the hills which separate Lucca from Montecatini. The holiday home was restored by maintaining its original character. The estate extends on 10’000 sqm – there is a swimming pool (prefabricated, to one side on ground- line: 8,40 x 4,90m, deep: 1.20m) in the midst of an olive grove which is set on terraces. A table and chairs, barbeque and wood burning oven, sun-umbrella and deck-chairs are put at your disposal. Enjoy the warm summer days and dine in the outdoors. The greenery and the colourful surroundings are inviting to have a stroll where you may discover the lovely landscape and the medieval villages and hamlets of the area, rich of history and traditions. Lovers of culture have the possibility to visit in a day trip the nearby art towns such as Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Pisa and Lucca.
