This villa located over Guidaloca Bay, in the region of Castellammare del Golfo, only 180 meters from the beach renowned for its pristine and turquoise water. The property is approximately 40 km away from the Airport of Palermo, 4 km from the town of Castellammare del Golfo where the guests may find all amenities and shops; 2 km away from Scopello, in the past named “Cetaria“ by the ancient people who settled there. This town is well-known for its pebble beach and crystal clear blue sea, spectacular cliffs which emerge from the sea waters. Scopello has a bank and post offices, an Emergency Doctor, and many bars, pizzerias and restaurants where the clients can enjoy typical Sicilian National Park Lo Zingaro.
Composition
The villa is on one floor. On entering the house you come into the large bright living room which is laid out on two levels.It is enhanced by a fireplace and comfortable sofas. The elegant dining room joins the big and well-equipped kitchen. The property has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one of which is with air-conditioning and lovely sea view, and one with twin beds, there is also a bathroom with tub and shower. The villa is surrounded by a large covered veranda with panoramic sea view, where guests can have lunch and enjoy the landscape. In the beautiful and well-maintained garden there is a barbeque with a small kitchen, perfect for outdoor meals and laundry. Parking area inside the grounds.

The price includes: Rental of the accommodation for one week, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels. Assistance in Sicily. Extra services paid for separately: Baby cot and high chair available on request. Airport transfer from Palermo and Trapani Airport. Maid for house-maintenance or a cook. The villa has TV and washing machine.In the beautiful and well maintained garden there is a barbeque. Parking area inside the grounds.
