Description
A very pleasant and welcoming villa, located in the area of Fraginesi, a village about 3 km from the town of Castellammare del Golfo, which has all amenities (such as bank, post, medical centre, supermarket, etc).It is approximately 3 km from Scopello and the beach of Guidaloca; the international airport of Palermo is about 40km away.The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden blooming with various Mediterranean plants that create a colourful environment.
Composition
The villa is set on one floor and entrance is through the veranda. The open plan living room is very large and furnished comfortably with original ornaments such as antique manufacture tools and ceramic plates which together with the wood-burning stove makes the room very pleasant to stay in. There are two sofa beds, Sat TV and air conditioning. A very well-equipped kitchen decorated with typical majolica ceramics is present as well.The living room leads to another veranda where you can dine al fresco. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom,one twin bedroom and one single bedroom with the possibility to add an extra bed. The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly furnished and decorated. The adjacent bathroom is with shower. Washing machine available. The villa is provided with a swimming pool with hydro-massage : 5m x 9m x 1.3-2.2 m. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbeque and the play area for the children. A large parking area is available too.

The price includes: Rental of the accommodation for one week, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels. Assistance in Sicily. Extra services paid for separately: Baby cot and high chair available on request. Airport transfer from Palermo and Trapani Airport. Maid for house-maintenance or a cook. There is a swimming pool with hydro-massage,washing machine,and TV.
