This villa is located in the Scopello area about 1 km from the sea and about 2 km from the Nature and Sea Reserve called Lo Zingaro, which captivates all those who go there with the limitless beauty of its Mediterranean landscape and crystalline sea waters. The International Airport of Palermo is about 50 km away and Trapani Airport is 40km, while the nearest town for shopping and amenities is Castellammare del Golfo about 5 km away.
Composition
Villa Margherita is located in a panoramic area of Scopello and a few hundred metres from the 17th century farm estate “ Il Baglio”. From the driveway of the villa you can glimpse the elegantly furnished terrace which is the perfect place for relaxing. From beneath the characteristic wooden pergola guests will enjoy the enchanting view of the bay and the 17th century tower which brings the eye to gaze across the different tones of blue which make up the sea. The villa itself blends harmoniously with the landscape, with its simple and functional architecture, the pastel colours which light up its internal spaces and enhance our perception of the Scopello blue sky and sea. Outside, as well as the panoramic terrace, the villa is equipped with an outside shower, a small laundry room, barbeque area with table and private parking. Inside, there is a living area with fully equipped kitchen, living room with a comfortable sofabed, plasma satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and a small wine cellar, a small bathroom. The sleeping area consists of: a small bathroom and a shower room, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and a twin room with 2 single beds.
Services
The price includes: Rental of the accommodation for one week, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels. Assistance 24hoursif required. Extra services paid for separately: Baby cot and high chair available on request for a charge. Airport transfer from Palermo and Trapani Airport. Maid for house-maintenance or a cook. The swimming pool will be ready in march 2011.

The rental price includes 100 kW of electricity and air conditioning. If exceeded € 0.50 per KW will be charged. The villa includes 10,000 Litres of water use.In the unlikely event that this is exceeded, 30 euros per 5000 litres will be charged.
