This lovely house is located on a small hill just outside Castellammare del Golfo, a famous tourist resort on the west coast of Sicily.Thanks to its location, the house enjoys a beautiful view on the Gulf of Castellammare and behind the house are the lush green of the mountains.The holiday house is the perfect place for those looking for a quiet relaxation. The property benefits from spacious verandas which are ideal for outdoor dining.
Old and modern styles merge harmoniously to create a sophisticated and elegant setting.The spacious living room features a wide glass window that makes the room bright and offers a beautiful view. There is a double sofabed in the living room.There is a small kitchen in country style equipped with all the essentials and a laundry room with a wc.
Along the corridor are 3 double bedrooms , one of these with en- suite facilities and a further bathroom. Both bathrooms are with shower. Through a little staircase it is possible to reach the ground floor where there is a further kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The big and bright rooms are furnished simply yet very comfortably.Each room is equipped with insect screen on the windows and air-conditioner.
