Composition
This house is built on a single floor and the main entrance leads directly to the spacious and sunny living room, characterized by the fireplace which makes the room warm and welcoming even in the winter time. The living room is a living- dining room and is furnished in typical Sicilian style. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The bathroom has a shower. Every room is charming and sophisticated. The property also has two wide covered verandas, the perfect place for those who wants to relax and enjoy the magnificent Mediterranean nature all around! From the verandas it is possible to catch a glimpse of the pool and the steps lead to a refreshing plunge! From the living room it is possible to reach the veranda at the back of the house and enjoy the beautiful outdoor kitchen, the wood-burning stove, the barbecue and the dining area. Theere is big well-stocked garden with many different kinds of Mediterranean flowers and plants.
