This villa is located a few hundred metres from the village of Molina di Quosa in a wonderful position with an amazing view on the countryside near Pisa. Molina di Quosa located between Lucca and Pisa is an ideal base to reach the main tourist attractions on foot, by mountain bike or by car. For nature lovers the Monti Pisani and the Apennines (not far away) offer a wide range of trekking routes where you can take nice strolls and discover the untouched nature; in the surroundings the nature park San Rossore is also well worth a visit. Just a few kilometres from your holiday home you can have a break in San Giuliano Terme, a small town known for its spa with thermal waters used for beauty and healing treatments.
In spring and in summer you will particularly enjoy the numerous beaches which are all within easy reach: the Tyrrhenian coast, Vecchiano, Marina di Pisa where the poet Gabriele DAnnunzio lived for some time at the beginning of the 20th century or the Versilia Riviera with its lively nightlife that has something to offer to everyone.
Composition
This independent villa disposes of a terraced field (about sqm 10.000) with over 800 olive trees. Guests can relax in the well-kept fenced garden with colourful flowers and citrus trees in front of the house or in the swimming pool (entirely set in earth, 9 x 4 / 1,50 m deep) from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the typical Tuscan landscape.
