This property is located inside a typical Tuscan courtyard and is part of a lovely stone-built house (attached on one side of the owner’s house). Entrance on the ground floor: kitchen/dining room with stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, SAT–TV, espresso coffee machine, dining table, two arm-chairs. 1 utility room with washing machine, basin and hanger. 1 bathroom with WC, bidet and shower. On the ground floor access to the back of the garden which is completely fenced and equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrella, deck-chairs and barbecue.
The house has been restored with great care: all the rooms have terracotta tiled floors and the walls are painted yellow. The house is very bright due to the fact that there are many windows.
