Session five focussed on the group taking part in a series of short 'art journeys' in the studio, paint brush in hand, along a huge roll of paper. The group were encouraged to 'journey' along the paper, spontaneously making marks and painterly contributions. Where chance encounters occurred with other participants, individuals took the opportunity to 'collide', 'avoid' or 'collude'. The resultant work was a huge collaborative work stretching some 4m x 1m in length.
