The previous session of watercolour experimentation, was taken a step further in this activity. The group took turns to select paints and brushes, and a spontaneous period of painting ensued. This was limited to only two minutes on each occasion, before the next member made the selection for the group to follow. The artworks were also rotated around the group following each paint application. The resultant works were therefore a culmination of all four group members, and displayed a rich and varied composition as a consequence. At each step of the process, artists had to make a number of major decisions, all of which strongly influenced the eventual outcome of the activity.
